How do I obtain services from GGB?

What types of residential support do you offer?
We offer two levels of residential support as well as community living supports and day training. To learn more, please visit our Services page or Contact Us for more information.
What is community living support?
Support for Community Living is a home and community-based Kentucky Medicaid Waiver Program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities which allows an individual to remain in or return to the community in the least restrictive environment.
What day training supports do you offer?
Our Day Training program includes support in activities of daily living (ADLs), self-advocacy, and adaptive & social skills. We empower participants to succeed in their daily routines and as active members of their community. To learn more, please visit our Services page or Contact Us for more information.
What is supported employment?
Through our supported employment services, we are able to secure jobs for our adult participants that match their strengths, abilities, and interests, while providing on-the-job support and advocacy. We forge a bridge between employers in our community and our participants, supporting both for the best outcomes.
